1. Available Balance
Funds you can:
Trade
Withdraw
Transfer
2. Pending Balance (Deposit)
Funds not yet available because:
Deposit under review
2. Go to the Trade section
Scroll down and select Deposit Status
3. Withdrawal Holds
May occur if:
Pending 2FA approval -> Check your email for a confirmation of withdrawal
The funds were sent to an incorrect address type
Two ways to see pending withdrawals:
1. Go to the Wallets section
2. Go to the Trade section
Scroll down and select Withdraw Status
4. Funds Locked in Open Orders
If you place Limit or Stop orders, some of your funds becomes locked.
Cancel the order to release funds.
To see your Open Orders, go to the Trade section
Scroll down to the bottom and select Open Orders
Under Action column, click Cancel to release funds
