This article lists all accepted ID and Proof of Address documents — and explains the required conditions for successful verification.
1. Accepted Government IDs
Primary ID Types

ID Requirements
Your ID must be:
Valid and not expired
Clear and readable
Original (no scanned copies or screenshots)
Uploaded with all edges visible
2. Accepted Proof of Address Documents
The following documents are accepted ONLY if uploaded as a full-page document:

The following documents are now acceptable, provided they are dated within the last 90 days:
Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, internet, phone)
Credit card statement
Bank account statement
Insurance statements (home, auto, renter’s)
Tax bill (federal/state/municipal)
IRS notice or letter
Proof of Address Must Be Full Page
The upload must clearly show:
Entire document page
All corners
All billing details
No cropping or partial screenshots
Cropped or partial documents (top section only, summary-only screenshots) will be rejected.
3. Documentation Date Requirements
Must be issued within the last 90 days
Must show a printed or visible date
Digital PDFs are allowed if full-page
4. Your Name Must Match
The Proof of Address must list:
The same full legal name as your T7X account
AND First and Last Name on your ID during onboarding
5. Your Address Must Match
Your address on Proof of Address must match:
The address on your ID, or
The updated address you entered during onboarding
6. Upload Format Requirements
Accepted file types:
JPG
PNG
PDF
Document must be:
Readable
Not cropped
Not folded
Not edited or altered
7. Documents That Are NOT Accepted
Envelopes
Insurance cards
Employer letters
Handwritten notes
Shipping invoices
Screenshots of app notifications
Partially cropped bills
These will always fail verification.
