Summary
This guide walks you through the complete T7X identity verification process, including ID upload, Proof of Address, and liveness check. Identity verification is required before your wallet can be created and before you can access the trading platform.
1. Start Verification on the Onboarding Portal
Visit: https://trading.t7x.io/
Once logged in, start your registration process by verifying your identity. You will need to click on one of the Register buttons below (i.e. REGISTER AS A USER)
This will open up a new tab for you to start your verification process. Make sure you have your ID available before hitting the Begin Verifying button.
2. Select Your Country & Document Type
Choose your country,
then select the ID you want to use:
Accepted ID types vary by region:
Driver’s License
Passport
National/State ID
3. Take a clear photo of your ID
You may be prompted to:
Take a photo of the front of your ID
Take a photo of the back (if applicable)
You can upload a photo of your ID (if you already have it saved)
Or continue on another device if you are on a computer and need to take a photo on your phone or vice versa.
Requirements:
Photo must be clear, centered, and readable
All 4 edges of the document must be visible
Avoid glare, reflections, dark spots
Once you submit your photo (front/back), our system will process your ID.
4. Complete the Liveness / Selfie Check
You will be asked to:
Position your face inside the frame
Turn your head or blink
Follow on-screen instructions
This confirms that you are the real owner of the ID.
5. Upload Proof of Address
Start by answering the questions below:
Then enter your address. This will need to match with the address of Proof of Address (POA) that you will be uploading next. Please note that this currently prefills from your government ID and will need to be updated to match the POA.
Once you hit continue, you will be asked to upload a document as proof of address.
This is where most users experience issues — read this section carefully.
The following Proof of Address documents, as long as they are dated within the last 90 days and show your full name (as shown on your previously uploaded government ID) and current residential address, are deemed acceptable:

Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, internet, phone)
Credit card statement
Bank account statement
Insurance statements (home, auto, renter’s)
Tax bill (federal, state, or municipal)
IRS notice or letter
Your Proof of Address must meet ALL requirements:
Full-page document only — do NOT upload only the top portion
All four corners visible
Entire layout visible (no cropping)
Text must be clear and readable
Ensure your document shows a clear statement date within the last 90 days.
Name + address must match your T7X profile
6. Submit Verification
After submitting:
Most users are approved within minutes
Some cases may require manual review
7. Complete Remaining Steps
After you've verified your identity, you must still complete:
Wallet creation
You cannot log in to T7X until all registration steps have been completed.
Troubleshooting

Fix:
Use smartphone rear camera
Avoid glare/shadows
Frame entire ID with edges visible
❗ Proof of Address Rejected
Fix:
Upload full-page statement
Do not crop
Ensure statement date, name, and address are visible
❗ Liveness Check Failed
Fix:
Remove glasses/hat
Use bright light
Hold camera steady
Try smartphone instead of laptop
❗ Stuck in Loop / Session Error
Cause:
Browser blocked camera
VPN interference
Unsupported browser (Brave/Opera)
Fix:
Switch to Chrome/Safari
Disable VPN
Allow camera permissions
