This guide walks you through creating a T7X account, verifying your email, and completing onboarding.
Steps to Create Your T7X Account
1. Go to the official sign-up page
Click on Create Your Account.
2. Enter your basic information
Legal first & last name
Email address
Password
You should get a confirmation once you've entered all your information and hit continue.
3. Verify your email address
Look for the email with the "verification code”. Enter the verification code and hit Verify Code.
If you don’t see it:
Check spam/junk
Check promotions
Make sure email is spelled correctly

Add nomyxid.registrations@nomyx.io to contacts
Subject: Email Verification Code
The verification email comes from Nomyx. To ensure delivery, please add nomyxid.registrations@nomyx.io to your email safe sender list. If these are not added, you may not receive the verification email.
4. Complete all registration steps before login
You must complete ALL steps:
Identity verification
Proof of Address
Wallet creation
If you close your browser early, use the Log In Button to continue.
Enter your email address and password to resume where you left off.
Progress bar (left navigation) will let you know where you are in the process.
Continue through each step, being sure to read them carefully.
5. Final approval email
You will receive a single email confirming:
Identity Verification approved
Wallet created
Account fully active
Then you can log in to trade, deposit and withdraw at:
https://trading.t7x.io
Troubleshooting
❗ I cannot log in
If You HAVE logged in before, please reset your password.
→ To Reset your password. Click on Forgot Password?
Enter your email address and hit Reset Password.
Check your email address for the password reset code (nomyxid.registration@nomyx.io)
Subject: Password Reset Code
Enter code and hit verify code
Create your new password to update your password
❗ I didn’t receive the Verification code email
Try:
Confirm email spelling
Check spam/junk
Add safe senders: nomyxid.registrations@nomyx.io
If still no email → contact support@t7x.io
Add nomyxid.registrations@nomyx.io to your safe senders list to prevent missing verification emails.
If your email address hasn't been verified, you will receive the message below for you to re-enter your verification code. You will not be able to continue until you verify your email address.
❗ I got "Error: No user found with that email” message when I tried to reset my password
This happens if there is no account associated with your email address. You will need to create an account instead of logging in.
Go back and hit 'Create Account'
❗ I got "Unable to process the request” message when I tried to create an account
This happens if you've previously tried to create an account and didn't complete email verification. Please go back to main screen and click on login
Click on Log In
❗ I got "Invalid email or password” message when I tried to login
This happens if your password or email is entered incorrectly. You will need to reset your password by selecting 'Forgot Your Password'
❗ I got "No saved password for this session” message when I tried to Activate my account.
You will need to log out and log back in again.
❗ I received this message after successfully logging in "ID verification fail, please contact support@t7x.io"
This means there was an identity verification fail and you will need to email support.

Contact support@t7x.io so that our team can review your account.
