If you cannot log in or lost account access, use this guide to safely restore your T7X account.
1. Reset your password
Click on Forgot Password?
Enter your email address and hit Send Reset Code.
Check your email address for the password reset code (nomyxid.registration@nomyx.io)
Enter code and hit verify code
Create your new password to update your password
2. If you cannot access your email
You will need to:
Contact support@t7x.io
Provide verification details
Confirm identity through follow-up questions
Support will never ask for your password.
3. If the recovery email never arrives
Try:
Check spam/junk
Add no-reply@t7x.io to contacts
Retry password reset
Ensure email spelling is correct
Use a different device/browser
