3. Trade Size Minimums & Maximums
Each asset (BTC/USDC, ETH/USDC, SOL/USDC, BNB/USDC, TSC/USDC) has:
Minimum & maximum buy amount
Minimum & maximum sell amount
Minimums prevent dust trades.
4. How to Increase Limits
You may need to:
Upload updated POA
Provide additional identity verification
Contact support for review
BETA Notice
During the beta period, all limits are fixed. Limit increases are not available until we are out of BETA.
Troubleshooting
❗ “Limit reached” errors
Try:
Reducing order size
Requesting limit increase (when not in beta)
Check the quantity of all current pending orders and all orders placed in the last 24 hours (UTC), then multiply the total by the current market price to determine whether the user has reached the daily trading limit.
