Summary
Control which emails you receive from T7X and ensure you don’t miss important messages.
1. Notification Settings
From the home screen, click on Settings to access "Profile & Security":
From Profile & Security (Top Left): look for Email Settings and click on Edit to Enable/Disable Email Notifications.
Toggle categories such as:
Order Emails
Login Emails
2. Add T7X to Safe Senders
Add:
This prevents missing important emails.
3. Unsubscribe from Marketing Emails
Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing email.

This does NOT affect:
Security alerts
Legal notifications
Transaction confirmations
4. If You’re Not Receiving Emails
Try:
Check spam/junk
Check promotions tab
Add safe senders
Ensure your email is correct in settings
Contact support for deeper investigation
Troubleshooting
❗ Email bounce warnings
→ Email address may be invalid or full.
❗ Missed security emails
→ Add safe sender and double-check spam folder.
